WHAT IS A CLASS WITH MOUNTAIN AIR ART LIKE?
Always located at a restaurant, bar or winery, an instructor will guide you through the events featured painting, step by step. Helping you choose color combinations and brush sizes and giving detailed instructions. Guests are encouraged to take chances and find a way to make it their own. By the end of the class you will be amazed at the artwork you have created! Classes are about 2 1/2 hours long with frequent breaks.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
At this time we do not have a system set up for Gift Certificates. BUT, you can always forward your confirmation letter to a friend or family and they can bring it with them for use.
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP IN ADVANCE?
Because of limited seating, signing up in advance is the best way to assure you will have a seat when you arrive. If a class is sold out, please contact us through email to be signed up for the Waiting List. Due to last minute cancellations, we can almost always get you in.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A CLASS AT MOUNTAIN AIR ART?
$45 for most events, each event may go up or down depending on the Canvas and Location.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
We include all of our supplies: easels, aprons, brushes, water cup, paper towels, paint and canvas, as well as our expert (and entertaining!) instruction. Alcohol sold separately.
IS WINE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
No, not everyone drinks so we don’t include alcohol in the price of the class.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We will provide aprons, but we recommend wearing something that you wouldn’t mind getting some paint on – just in case!
We are using acrylic paints which do not wash out of clothing so be sure to leave precious fabrics and lovely handbags at home. Mountain Air Art cannot be responsible for any paint damage.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR CLASS?
We recommend getting there a little early to find parking, get settled, and to grab a drink!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask that you give us 72 hours notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations can be made online by emailing [email protected], just leave us a message and we will take care of you when we are available. We will charge the full class fee if email of cancellation has not been made in the appropriate time frame.
I MISSED A PAINTING THAT I REALLY WANT TO PAINT, HOW OFTEN DO YOU REPEAT PAINTINGS?
Please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. We will keep this in mind when scheduling the next events paintings.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
We always schedule events at locations where Alcohol is provided. Alcohol sales are separate.
AM I WELCOME TO BRING MY OWN BEVERAGES?
No outside beverages allowed in most locations.
IF I COME WITH A FRIEND OR A GROUP CAN WE ALL SIT TOGETHER?
We always try to seat friends and parties together. Just be sure to let us know through email and we’ll be sure to make the appropriate seating arrangements.
ARE UNDERAGED PAINTERS WELCOME?
We consider Mountain Air Art to be an Adult Event. We ask that the youngest age painter be 16 with adult supervision. That said your underaged painters will not be seated in the area licensed for alcohol. Please email us if you have further questions about this.
